Is it expensive? The price of febuxostat tablets is not too expensive, especially the Indian version of febuxostat, which is very cheap. The drug was approved for marketing in the United States by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in February 2009. In 2010, it was launched in France, the United Kingdom, Germany and other countries. It was launched in the country in 2013. Febuxostat tablets need to be administered under the guidance of a doctor.
