Is loplastin/romilastin effective for aplastic anemia?

Romiplostim/Romiplostim is a platelet production stimulator mainly used to treat immune thrombocytopenia (ITP). However, in recent years, attention has also been paid to the potential of loplastin in the treatment of aplastic anemia (aplastic anemia).

Aplastic anemia (AA) is a severe bone marrow hematopoietic dysfunction disease, characterized by insufficient blood cell production. Patients usually have symptoms such as anemia, thrombocytopenia, and leukopenia.
