Dosage and usage of Vericiguat tablets

Vericiguat (Vericiguat) is a soluble guanylate cyclase (sGC) stimulator, mainly used to treat patients with chronic heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (LVEF<45%) to reduce the risk of heart failure hospitalization or emergency treatment. 2. How to take

Vericiguat should be taken with food to improve drug absorption and efficacy.

3. What to do if you forget to take medicine

If the missed dose is less than12 hours, the dose should be taken as soon as possible.

4. Drug use for special groups

Patients with impaired renal or hepatic function: Those with mild to moderate impairment can take the regular dose. Patients with severe impairment should consult a doctor.

5. Taboos and Precautions
