What to do if Midostaurin can cause an allergic skin reaction

Midostaurin is a multi-target tyrosine kinase inhibitor mainly used for the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and other specific hematological diseases. During the use of midostaurin, some patients may experience skin allergic reactions, including rash, itching, erythema, or mild edema. This type of reaction usually occurs at the beginning of medication or after dose adjustment.
