Lurbinectedin is a chemotherapy drug used for small cell lung cancer (SCLC) and other solid tumors. Its mechanism of action is to inhibit DNA repair and transcription, thereby inducing tumor cell apoptosis. Clinically, rubitidine is usually administered by intravenous infusion, with a cycle of every 3 weeks (21 days). Adverse reaction management is an important part of treatment planning. Common side effects of rubitin include bone marrow suppression (neutropenia, thrombocytopenia), fatigue, nausea, vomiting, and abnormal liver function indicators. Between each course of treatment, patients should regularly review blood routine, liver and kidney function and electrolyte levels. If an adverse reaction of grade ≥3 occurs, the doctor may delay the next cycle or reduce the dosage to ensure patient safety and maintain efficacy.
In addition, post-treatment evaluation is equally critical.
