Are Venetoclax tablets available in China?

Venetoclax tablets (Venetoclax) are currently not produced and marketed in China. Veneclat is a potent, oral, highly selective small molecule inhibitor of the anti-apoptotic B-cell lymphoma 2 protein that is approved for treatment in patients with treatment-naïve chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) (in combination with obinutuzumab) or in patients with relapsed/refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia (in combination with rituximab). Venetoclax in combination with azacitidine, decitabine, or low-dose cytarabine is also approved in the United States for the treatment of newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia (AML) in adults ≥75 years of age or with comorbidities that preclude the use of intensive induction chemotherapy.
