What diseases does Ramucirumab injection target?

Ramucirumab is a human VEGFR2 antagonist. It is a recombinant human IgG1 monoclonal antibody produced in genetically engineered mammalian NS0 cells. Ramucirumab can be used in combination with other drugs to treat adult patients with gastric or gastroesophageal junction (GEJ) adenocarcinoma, non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and colorectal cancer (mCRC). Treatment should continue as long as the disease is under control and the patient has no unacceptable side effects.
