What are the side effects of Teriflunomide?

In clinical studies, the most common adverse reactions of Teriflunomide (Teriflunomide) are headache, increased alanine aminotransferase (ALT), diarrhea, hair loss, and nausea. The most common adverse reactions related to discontinuation are increased ALT; this was discovered during the post-marketing use of Teriflunomide. The occurrence of adverse reactions such as thrombocytopenia, pancreatitis, colitis, drug-induced liver injury (DILI), allergic reactions and angioedema, interstitial lung disease with eosinophilia, toxic epidermal necrolysis and Stevens-Johnson syndrome, psoriasis or exacerbation of psoriasis (including pustular psoriasis and nail psoriasis), and nail diseases.
