Tofacitinib is marketed for the treatment of adult patients with moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis (RA), psoriatic arthritis (PsA), and ankylosing spondylitis (AS) who have an inadequate response to or intolerance to one or more TNF blockers. Tofacitinib oral solution is also indicated for the treatment of patients 2 years of age and older with active polyarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis (pcJIA) who have an inadequate response to or intolerance to one or more TNF blockers.
