What is the administration method and recommended dose of guselkumab?

Guselkumab is a subcutaneous injection preparation. The standard dose for the treatment of psoriasis is an initial dose of 100 mg, followed by another injection every 4 weeks, followed by maintenance injections every 8 weeks thereafter. For psoriatic arthritis, the recommended dose is also 100 mg once every 8 weeks. The injection can be given subcutaneously in the upper arm, thigh, or abdomen, and the injection site needs to be rotated to reduce local reactions.
