Is there an Indian version of aflibercept?

Aflibercept (Ziv-aflibercept) injection is a sterile, transparent, colorless to light yellow, pyrogen-free, and preservative-free intravenous injection solution. There is no Indian generic version of aflibercept available on the market. Aflibercept is a drug targeting vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). By neutralizing VEGF molecules, it inhibits the formation and leakage of new blood vessels, thereby delaying the growth and spread of tumors. It has shown promising results in the treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer, extending patient survival and improving response rates. However, aflibercept may also cause some side effects, such as neutropenia, diarrhea, hypertension, etc., so the patient's response needs to be closely monitored when used.
