奥氮平片的功效和作用?
Schizophrenia is a common type of mental illness in clinical practice. The main cause of this disease is dopamine and 5-hydroxytryptamine in the central nervous system. It has a relatively high disability rate and imposes a serious burden on families and society. In the process of treating schizophrenia patients, drug therapy is the main treatment plan, mainly through antagonizing cholinergic receptors and 5-hydroxytryptamine. Serotonin receptors inhibit the hyperactivity of the mesolimbic area system, thereby improving the patient's positive, negative and general symptoms and controlling the progression of the disease. Let's talk about the efficacy and role of olanzapine tablets in detail.
The role of olanzapine tablets
Olanzapine is an atypical antipsychotic drug that is widely used in clinical applications. It is a 5-HT/DA antagonist and has an ideal effect on improving various neural pathways in the brain. It can selectively act on the mesolimbic dopamine pathway and has a relatively ideal therapeutic effect in the treatment of schizophrenia.
Effects of Olanzapine Tablets
Randomly selected 98 patients who received treatment for schizophrenia from February 2018 to February 2020 as research subjects. The patients were divided into two groups according to different treatment drugs. Among them, 49 patients who received olanzapine as a treatment drug were the olanzapine group, and 49 patients who received risperidone as a treatment drug were the risperidone group. The treatment effects of the two groups of patients were comparatively analyzed.
Results: Comparative analysis of the treatment effects of the two groups of patients showed that there was no statistically significant difference between the patients in the risperidone group and the olanzapine group (P> 0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in PANSS scores and quality of life between the olanzapine group and the risperidone group before and after treatment (P> 0.05). There was a significant statistical difference in the adverse reaction rate between patients in the olanzapine group and the risperidone group (P<0.05).
Conclusion: In the process of drug treatment for patients with schizophrenia, both olanzapine and risperidone have relatively ideal therapeutic effects. Their therapeutic effects are equivalent, and they have significant effects on improving patients' clinical symptoms, signs and quality of life.
