利伐沙班是医保报销药物吗?
Rivaroxaban is the world's first clinically applied inhibitor that directly acts on coagulation factor Xa. In the study of rivaroxaban, it was found that the degree of inhibition of factor Xa and factor IIa, the prolongation of APTT, and the prolongation of PT were positively correlated with the dose, indicating that the pharmacodynamics of rivaroxaban are predictable; at the same time, there is no need for routine coagulation function monitoring and routine dose adjustment, so it can improve patients' medication compliance.
Bayer's rivaroxaban tablets were first approved for marketing in Canada on September 15, 2008, and later approved for marketing by the European Union on October 1, 2008. In June 2009, the drug was approved for marketing in China under the trade name Xarelto. Later, in July 2011, it was approved by the FDA for official marketing in the United States. At present, patients can buy the rivaroxaban they need at major hospitals in China. So, is rivaroxaban a drug reimbursed by medical insurance?
Rivaroxaban tablets entered the medical insurance in 2009 and is a Class B drug under the medical insurance. When patients currently purchase this drug, they can rely on medical insurance to reimburse part of the cost, thus reducing their out-of-pocket expenses and alleviating their own financial burden and psychological pressure. Although the price of rivaroxaban tablets after medical insurance has been reduced, it is still unaffordable for some domestic patients who have been taking the medicine for a long time and whose families have limited financial conditions. Therefore, patients have turned their attention overseas.
The recommended dose of rivaroxaban tablets (i.e. Xarelto) is 10 mg/time, once/day, and the medication is taken orally. When the wound has stopped bleeding, the patient's first medication should be administered between 6 and 10 hours after surgery. For patients who are unable to swallow the tablets whole, the tablets can be crushed before taking, mixed with applesauce and taken immediately. If the patient misses a dose, he should take it immediately and take the medication as usual the next day. The dose should not be doubled within 1 day to make up for the missed dose. At the same time, it should be contraindicated in patients with creatinine clearance <30 ml/min, moderate to severe hepatic dysfunction, and patients under 18 years of age.
