The RECORD3~4 study compared the safety and effectiveness of the above two drugs in preventing venous thromboembolism in patients after elective total knee replacement. The incidence of the primary endpoint event in the enoxaparin group was 18.9%, while that of rivaroxaban was only 9.6%. The difference between the two was statistically significant (P<0.001). The results showed that the efficacy of the rivaroxaban group was not inferior to traditional treatment, and the risk of bleeding was equivalent to or lower than traditional treatment.
