Rivaroxaban (Xarelto) is a small molecule oral anticoagulant jointly developed by Bayer and Johnson & Johnson. It is a highly selective oral drug that directly inhibits factor xa. The incidence of the primary endpoint event in the enoxaparin group was 18.9%, while that of rivaroxaban (Xarelto, Xarelto) was only 9.6%. The difference between the two was statistically significant (P<0.001). The results showed that the efficacy of rivaroxaban (Xarelto, Xarelto) group was not inferior to traditional treatment, and the risk of bleeding was equivalent to or lower than traditional treatment.
