埃索美拉唑和奥美拉唑的区别
The difference between esomeprazole and omeprazole:
Esomeprazole is a second-generation proton pump inhibitor, and omeprazole is a first-generation proton pump inhibitor.
Omeprazole is mainly used for duodenal ulcers and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome (gastrinoma), but can also be used for gastric ulcers and reflux esophagitis. Esomeprazole is used for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease and erosive reflux esophagitis, and is a long-term maintenance treatment for cured esophagitis patients to prevent recurrence. Used in combination with appropriate antimicrobial therapy to eradicate Helicobacter pylori and heal duodenal ulcers associated with Helicobacter pylori infection to prevent recurrence of peptic ulcers associated with Helicobacter pylori infection.
The acid-suppressing effect of esomeprazole is stronger than that of omeprazole. The range of indications for omeprazole is wider than that of esomeprazole, and the side effects of esomeprazole are smaller than those of omeprazole.
