埃索美拉唑的用法及用量

Esomeprazole (Nexium) is the S-isomer of omeprazole. This product is suitable for: gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD): the treatment of reflux esophagitis and the long-term treatment of cured esophagitis patients to prevent recurrence. The drug can inhibit the secretion of gastric acid through specific targeting effects, and its bioavailability and achievable blood concentration are both high. Esomeprazole (Nexium) can continuously inhibit gastric acid and maintain the gastric pH value greater than 4 (the larger the pH value, the weaker the acidity) for longer than other acid suppressants.

Usage and dosage of esomeprazole: Esomeprazole is available as tablets and injections, and the usage will be different.

Esomeprazole sodium for injection: 1. The infusion solution is prepared by dissolving 1 tube of this product into 100 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride solution for intravenous drip use. 2. The prepared injection or infusion liquid is a colorless to very slightly yellow clear solution, which should be used within 12 hours and stored below 30°C. 3. From a microbiological point of view, it is best to use it immediately. 4. Incompatibility The degradation of the prepared solution is highly dependent on the pH value. The prepared solution should not be mixed with other drugs or used together in the same infusion device. Must be applied according to instructions for use. The intravenous injection time of the prepared solution should be at least 3 minutes. Infusion medication: The intravenous infusion time of the prepared solution should be within 30 minutes.

Esomeprazole (Nexium) tablets: 1. Tablets should be swallowed whole with liquid and should not be chewed or crushed. 2. For patients with dysphagia, the tablets can be dissolved in half a cup of carbonate-free water (other liquids should not be used as the enteric coating may be dissolved), stir until the tablets are completely disintegrated, take it immediately or within 30 minutes, then add half a cup of water to rinse and drink. Pellets should never be chewed or crushed. 3. For patients who cannot swallow, the tablets can be dissolved in carbonate-free water and administered through a gastric tube.
