埃索美拉唑治疗期间要注意什么？

Esomeprazole (Nexium) is the S-isomer of omeprazole, and its structures are closely related. Esomeprazole sodium can reduce gastric acid secretion by inhibiting specific proton pumps, and has a good inhibitory effect on both basic gastric acid secretion and stimulated gastric acid secretion. Clinically, it is mainly suitable for patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease who cannot take oral medication and gastroduodenal ulcer bleeding.

What should I pay attention to during treatment with esomeprazole?

Precautions for esomeprazole (Nexium): 1. When a patient is suspected of having gastric ulcer or has already suffered from gastric ulcer, if abnormal symptoms occur (such as obvious unintentional weight loss, repeated vomiting, dysphagia, hematemesis or melena), the possibility of malignant tumor should be ruled out first. Because treatment with this product can reduce symptoms and delay diagnosis.

2. No dose adjustment is required in patients with renal impairment. Because experience with esomeprazole (Nexium) is limited in patients with severe renal insufficiency, caution should be used during treatment.

3. No dose adjustment is required in patients with mild to moderate hepatic impairment. The daily dose should not be exceeded in patients with severe hepatic impairment.

4. Effects on ability to drive and use machines: No effects have been observed.

5. Medication for pregnant and lactating women: Clinical data on the use of esomeprazole by pregnant women are limited. Animal experiments have not shown that esomeprazole (Nexium) has direct or indirect damage to animal embryos or fetal development. Animal experiments with the racemic mixture (omeprazole) have also not shown direct or indirect harmful effects on animal pregnancy, parturition or postnatal development of the fetus. However, pregnant women should use this product with caution. It is unknown whether esomeprazole is excreted in human milk. It has also not been studied in breastfeeding women, so esomeprazole (Nexium) should not be used during breastfeeding.
