枢丹多久起效?
Shudan (ondansetron hydrochloride) is an antiemetic drug. It is a potent and highly selective 5-HT3 receptor antagonist with strong antiemetic effect. Chemotherapy drugs and radiation therapy can cause the release of 5-HT in the small intestine, which activates the afferent branch of the vagus nerve through 5-HT3 receptors and triggers the gag reflex. Ondansetron Hydrochloride Tablets are used for nausea and vomiting caused by cytotoxic drug chemotherapy and radiation therapy; prevention and treatment of nausea and vomiting after surgery.
(1) Adults: ① For vomiting caused by highly emetic chemotherapy drugs: 8 mg of intravenous central tablets 15 minutes before chemotherapy, 4 hours, and 8 hours after chemotherapy, and 8 mg of ondansetron tablets (2 tablets) taken orally every 8-12 hours after stopping chemotherapy for 5 days. ② For vomiting caused by chemotherapy drugs that are not very emetic: take 8 mg of Shudan (2 tablets) intravenously 15 minutes before chemotherapy, and then take 8 mg of Shudan (2 tablets) orally every 8-12 hours for 5 days. ③ For vomiting caused by radiotherapy: the first dose of 8 mg tablets (2 tablets) must be taken orally 1-2 hours before radiotherapy, and 8 mg (2 tablets) taken every 8 hours thereafter. The course of treatment depends on the course of radiotherapy. ④ For the prevention of nausea and vomiting after surgery: Inject 4mg (1 tube) intravenously at the same time during anesthesia. ⑤ For high-dose cisplatin, 20 mg of dexamethasone sodium phosphate can be added intravenously before chemotherapy, which can enhance the efficacy of Shudan on vomiting caused by highly emetic chemotherapy.
