Results: One case in the placebo group was lost to follow-up. In the treatment group, 33 subjects (82.5%) stopped bleeding within 7 days after taking the medication; in the placebo group, 10 subjects (25.6%) stopped bleeding within 7 days after taking the medication. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The 28-day non-bleeding time of subjects in the treatment group was (20.73+4.07) d, and that of the placebo group was (11.90+5.78) d.
