去纤苷治疗什么病？

(Alias: defibrotide sodium) is a polydeoxyribose ribonate that has certain fibrinolytic and anti-thrombotic activities. It can promote the production of prostacyclin-like substances and release them from the vascular tissue into the circulation. So what diseases does defibrination treat?

Indications of defibrotide: It is suitable for the treatment of adults and children with hepatic veno-occlusive disease (VOD), also known as sinusoidal obstruction syndrome (SOS), and renal or pulmonary dysfunction after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT).

Contraindications for patients using defibrotide:

(1) Simultaneous administration with systemic anticoagulants or fibrinolytic therapy.

(2) Known hypersensitivity to defibrotide or to any excipient.

Regarding the use of defibrotide in children: The safety and effectiveness of use in minors have not been established.

Noodles and defibrotide use in the elderly: Clinical studies of defibrotide did not include sufficient numbers of subjects aged 65 and older to determine whether they responded differently than younger subjects. Other reported clinical experience has not identified differences in response between older and younger patients.

Drug interactions with defibrotide:

anti-thrombotic drugs

Defibrotide may enhance the pharmacodynamic activity of antithrombotic/fibrinolytic agents such as heparin or alteplase. Concomitant use of defibrotide with antithrombotic or fibrinolytic agents is contraindicated due to increased risk of bleeding

Overdose of defibrotide (alias: defibrotide sodium):

There are no known cases of overdose with defibrotide. There are no known antitoxicants for defibrotide, and defibrotide is not dialyzable. If overdose occurs, initiate general supportive measures.

The most common side effects (incidence ≥10% and independently causal) were hypotension, diarrhea, vomiting, nausea, and epistaxis.
