• Take TRUSELTIQ exactly as your healthcare provider tells you.

• Take the prescribed dose of TRUSELTIQ once daily for 21 days, then stop treatment for 7 days. This is 1 treatment cycle (28 days). You'll repeat this cycle for as long as your healthcare provider tells you to.
  
• Take TRUSELTIQ at about the same time each day.
  
• Take TRUSELTIQ on an empty stomach, at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after eating.
  
• Swallow the entire TRUSELTIQ capsule with a glass of water.
  
• Do not crush, chew, or dissolve TRUSELTIQ capsules. If you have problems, tell your healthcare provider if you have difficulty swallowing capsules.
  
• If you need to take an acid reducing agent called an H2 blocker, take TRUSELTIQ 2 hours before or 10 hours after taking the acid reducing agent.
  
• If you need to take an antacid, take TRUSELTIQ 2 hours before or 2 hours after taking the antacid.
  
• You should not eat or drink grapefruit products during treatment with TRUSELTIQ.
  
• If certain adverse reactions occur, your healthcare provider may change the dose, temporarily stop TRUSELTIQ, or stop taking TRUSELTIQ entirely.
  
• If you miss a dose of TRUSELTIQ, you may take the missed dose within 4 hours of the same day. If more than 4 hours have passed, do not take the medicine. Take your regular dose of TRUSELTIQ at your normal time the next day. Do not take more TRUSELTIQ than prescribed to make up for a missed dose.
  
• If you vomit after taking TRUSELTIQ, do not take additional doses. Take your regular dose of TRUSELTIQ at your normal time the next day.
