Trastuzumab treatment effects

For patients with early-stage HER2-positive breast cancer, trastuzumab combined with chemotherapy has been proven to significantly improve treatment effects. Studies show that trastuzumab plus chemotherapy can significantly reduce the risk of tumor recurrence and death compared with chemotherapy alone. In the treatment of advanced HER2-positive breast cancer, trastuzumab combined with chemotherapy has shown good efficacy. This combination treatment regimen has been shown to prolong survival, reduce the risk of tumor progression, and improve patients' quality of life. Trastuzumab has also shown good efficacy in patients with HER2-positive gastric/esophageal cancer.
