How to prepare Voriconazole injection?

Voriconazole (Voriconazole)powder was reconstituted with19 ml of Water for Injection to obtain a clear concentrate with an extractable volume of 20 ml containing 10mg/ml of voriconazole. It is recommended to use a standard 20 mL (non-automatic) syringe to ensure that the exact amount (19.0 mL) of water for injection is dispensed. If the vacuum fails to draw the diluent into the vial, discard the vial. Shake the vial until all powder is dissolved. InjectionVoriconazole requires reconstitution to 10 mg/mL, subsequent dilution to 5 mg/mL or less, and administration by infusion at a maximum rate of 3 mg/kg per hour over 1 to 3 hours.
