Research methods: 17 cases of fungal keratitis were divided into an experimental group of 11 cases and a control group of 6 cases according to different treatment methods. The control group was mainly treated with fluconazole eye drops, and the experimental group was mainly treated with natamycin eye drops. The clinical efficacy of group ⒉ was observed.

Research results: The total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.9% higher than that of the control group, which was 66.7%, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
