During treatment with Vibegroron, you may experience bladder pain; hematuria or cloudy urine; difficulty, burning, or pain during urination; frequent urination; and lower back or side pain.

Reduced urination frequency; reduced urine output; difficulty urinating (dribbing); itching, rash, scabs, scales and oozing. Although the incidence of these side effects is unknown, they are something to be aware of while taking Vibegroron.

Vibegroron may cause some side effects that do not require medical attention. These side effects may go away as your body adjusts to the drug, but if symptoms persist, consult your doctor immediately:

Body aches or pains; chills; constipation; cough or mucus from the cough; diarrhea; difficulty breathing; dry mouth; ear congestion; headache; warm feeling; fever; loss of voice; muscle aches; nausea; redness of face, neck, arms, and occasionally upper chest; sneezing; sore throat; congestion or runny nose; chest tightness; unusual tiredness or weakness.

Side effects of Vibegroron for medical personnel's reference

1. Cardiovascular disease

(1) Common (1%-10%): High blood pressure is one of the common side effects of Vibegeron.

(2) Uncommon (0.1% to 1%): hot flashes.

2. Skin diseases

(1) Rare (0.1% to 1%): rash (including pruritic rash and erythematous rash).

(2) Post-marketing reports: After Vibegroron was launched on the market, adverse reactions of angioedema and eczema on the face and throat were reported.

3. Gastrointestinal

(1) Common (1% to 10%): Diarrhea, nausea, and constipation may occur during treatment with Vibegroron.

(2) Unreported frequency: dry mouth.

(3) Post-marketing reports: After Vibegroron was launched, symptoms of constipation were reported.

4. Genitourinary tract

(1) Common (1%-10%): Urinary tract infection and increased residual urine volume may occur while taking Vibegroron.

(2) Uncommon (0.1%-1%): Urinary retention

(3) Post-marketing reports: Urinary retention (including straining to urinate).

5. Allergy

Post-marketing report: Hypersensitivity reaction is also one of the common side effects of Vibegroron. Hypersensitivity reactions include hives, itching, rashes, and drug eruptions.

6. Nervous system

Common (1% to 10%): Headache is one of the common side effects of Vibegroron.

7. Respiratory system

Common (1%-10%): Nasopharyngitis, upper respiratory tract infection, and bronchitis may occur during treatment with Vibegroron.
