氢化可的松片(hydrocortisone)服用方法
Tablets are used for the replacement therapy of adrenal insufficiency and the treatment of congenital adrenal hyperplasia.
The main ingredient of hydrocortisone tablets is hydrocortisone acetate, which is a white tablet. According to the ingredients and medicinal properties of this product, the dosage is orally administered, 20 to 30 mg a day, 2/3 in the morning and 1/3 after lunch. In times of stress, the dosage should be increased appropriately, up to 80 mg a day, taken in divided doses. The therapeutic dose for children is 20 to 25 mg/m[sup]2[/sup] per day, taken in three divided doses.
The instructions for hydrocortisone acid tablets do not specifically indicate whether to take the medicine before or after meals. Generally, it is defaulted to take the medicine after meals. The instructions for this product also state that it cannot be used on an empty stomach. Long-term use may cause the following side effects: iatrogenic Cushing's syndrome, face and posture, weight gain, lower limb edema, purple lines, easy bleeding tendency, poor wound healing, acne, menstrual disorders, avascular necrosis of the humeral or femoral head, osteoporosis and fractures (including spinal compression fractures, Pathological fractures of long bones), muscle weakness, muscle atrophy, hypokalemic syndrome, gastrointestinal irritation (nausea, vomiting), pancreatitis, peptic ulcer or perforation, growth inhibition in children, glaucoma, cataracts, benign increased intracranial pressure syndrome, impaired glucose tolerance and exacerbation of diabetes mellitus.
It is prohibited for those allergic to other steroid hormones. Patients with the following diseases are generally not suitable for use. In special cases, the pros and cons should be weighed before use, but attention should be paid to the possibility of worsening of the condition: severe mental illness (past or present) and epilepsy, active peptic ulcer disease, recent gastrointestinal anastomosis surgery, fractures, chickenpox, measles, severe osteoporosis, etc.
