The recommended dose of pemetinib is to be taken once a day, 13.5 mg each time. After 14 days of continuous use, the drug should be stopped and rested for 7 days. A 21-day course of treatment is considered. And the medication should be taken at the same time every day, which is conducive to maintaining the blood concentration of the drug in the patient's body and giving full play to the drug's efficacy.

Patients can swallow the medicine with water. Do not break the tablets, dissolve the tablets, or chew the tablets. If you miss taking the medicine or vomit for more than four hours, you can take the medicine according to the plan next time.
